This is the beginning of one of Jules Verne's most exciting stories. Phileas Fogg must get back to London by December 21st or lose all his money. And with the help of his servant, Passepartout, Fogg travels in many ways - from train to elephant - and has some surprising adventures on the way.


Blackbeard

El vídeo-currículum d'una professora d'ESO a l'atur triomfa a YouTube


La professora Núria Fusté Massana va quedar-se sense feina la setmana passada. Treballava a l'escola Laia, al barri de Sant Andreu de Barcelona, però el centre va decidir tancar la seva única línia d'educació secundària obligatòria, fet que va obligar a acomiadar els vuit professors d'ESO i deixar 73 alumnes buscant plaça per al curs vinent.
Lluny de rendir-se, ha penjat un vídeo a YouTube on explica quines són les seves qualitats com a mestra, com veu el model educatiu i quins són els seus objectius a l'aula. "Currículums de paper arriben a piles a totes les escoles, ho sé perquè he estat cap d'estudis, i vaig pensar que havia de fer alguna cosa que cridés l'atenció", explica Fusté.
El resultat és un nou format de vídeo-currículum on, a través de la cuina d'un pastís, la Núria Fusté exemplifica de forma gràfica i clara la seva manera d'educar. En només cinc dies, el vídeo ha rebut més de 5.000 visites.
"Volia explicar les característiques que crec que em defineixen a mi i a la meva forma de treballar. I si algú pensa que tinc els valors que busquen ja s'interessaran a saber la resta de dades", apunta. Dades com que ha estat professora de biologia, física i química a l'escola Laia els últims 14 anys, on hi ha fet de cap d'estudis també durant set anys.
La seva parella, càmera professional, li va fer un cop de mà amb la gravació ei l muntatge del vídeo, però la idea i el guió va ser de la Núria. "Sóc una persona creativa i m'agrada molt la cuina, busco qualsevol excusa per fer un pastís o unes galetes per obsequiar algú i se'm va acudir que tot el que faig amb les galetes es podia comparar amb la meva forma de treballar", explica.
De moment, ha rebut una trucada d'una escola i ja té una entrevista de feina, tot i que no sap encara si és gràcies al vídeo-currículum o no. Confessa que està molt sorpresa per l'èxit de la seva iniciativa, de la que diu que només esperava que servís per trobar una feina. Per de moment, alguns ex alumnes ja s'han posat en contacte amb ella per agrair-li la feina feta. "M'han escrit per dir-me 'Núria, sóc una de les teves galetes' i això em fa posar la pell de gallina", relata.
