1- The adjective in English goes before the noun:
- It is a big house
- She is a tall woman
- I am a fat man

2- The adjective in English has no plural or gender:
- It is a big house
- They are big houses
- I am fat
- We are fat
- They are big houses
- I am fat
- We are fat
3- The adjective can also be after the verb to be:
- The house is big
- The woman is tall
- The man is fat
- The woman is tall
- The man is fat
